I didn't click on it because I didn't want any one else ideas in my post, but I thought that it was such a fun blog post idea! I have learned lots of life lessons, but it is so hard to think of them now that I think about it!  1: FAMILY IS EVERYTHING Really as a teenager I thought that my friends were everything. I would go out every weekend, and would never be home except for in the mornings. I never really spent time with my family, and I am sure that every kid is like this, but that is one thing I wish I would have done differently. 2: KEEPING YOUR ROOM CLEAN IS IMPORTANT You know how your parents always make you clean your room, well do it! everyday! I was really bad at keeping my room clean and my dad would always clean it and send me pictures of it whi...

THANKFUL DIY

Image
It is DIY time! I found this DIY of pinterest, and I fell in love! You can find the official DIY  here   Also, how about this is the first pinterest DIY that actually turned out super cute! SUPPLIES  I got this board from Wal-Mart for $15  I bought a pack of colored cardstock, and found a feather template  on google. You can find the one I found  here Cutting these out took the longest, so make time for them!  I spray painted the bottom of all the feathers gold  I also spray painted my letter stickers gold.  While that was drying, I did a thin layer of white chalk paint on my board. I wanted to make it look more rustic, but it would also look super good with a thick layer.  I then laid out my feathers backwards in the order that I wanted them to be in. I put a small dot on the back, and attached them  with a string. I also bent them to give them ...

The Most Important Lesson My Mom Ever Taught Me.

Image
Okay, honestly if I ever had to choose one life lesson that I have been told during my 19 years of life, this would be it. This is going to be so short, but that is okay!  I have a horrible memory, and I honestly couldn't even tell you everything I did yesterday. No joke, but I distinctly remember this day! It was seriously like forever ago. Not really, like 3 years ago maybe. My mom took me up north to do prom dress shopping, and it was my first prom! We had gone to every single store, and we just didn't find the right one. It took all day long, and when I say all day long, I really mean it! We were just getting frustrated, and I was super annoyed.  All I really wanted was a pretty sleeveless dress, because I think they are prettier if they don't have sleeves. It is honestly so hard to find modest clothing now days! (Which by the way, I bought the ugliest dress in the whole world. Honestly that dress was my biggest mistake. It should be burned.) Anyways, I remember telli...

Our Car Accident.

Image
For those who don't know, a couple months ago we were in a car accident! Let's start from the beginning! The last picture in mason.  RIP. It was May 23rd, 2016.  We were up at the outlet mall, but we weren't really finding anything. We decided that we were going to head back to Orem, to go to ULTA! As we were walking to the car, Joseph said that we should go to Cabelas, and of course I didn't want to and threw a fit. (not really) I seriously feel like I win every little tiny argument we have! Joseph is just that good to me! Boy, do I sure wish we would have went to Cabelas instead. We were only like 10 minutes or so on the freeway, when we were side swiped by a semi truck.  I was to busy paying attention to my phone, but all the sudden I heard Joseph yelling! It was more of a controlled confused tone in his voice. I remember looking up, and we were SWERVING all over the freeway.  I mean it.  We had crossed at least 2 lanes right, and swerved back a coupl...

The Story Of Us

Image
I seriously don't even know where to begin except the very beginning!! So grab your popcorn and candy, because this is going to be a long one!  I really hope it doesn't turn out cheesy, but it is how it happened! THE FIRST LOOK: I don't even recall this, but it happened on January 25, 2013. The only reason I know this is because Joseph told me! He is seriously so good at remembering things.  So it took place at a fire side and the Helper Stake Center.  I was sitting on the long pews with all my friends, and Joseph, aka Elder Adams, Was sitting on the back row! That's right! He was a LDS Missionary serving in MY STAKE! Anyways, he said that when he saw me his exact thoughts were, "THAT IS THE HOTTEST GIRL I HAVE EVER SEEN!" I never recall looking at him, but at the time I was only 15! I do not recall what Sunday it was, but we were in sacrament, and low and behold who is sitting across from me, the Elders! I still didn't know these Elders, but this Elde...
